This app works only at Ceará, Brazil.
In the state of Ceará there is a police program that consists of every neighborhood has at least one police car with mobile phone. Then the population need not dial the emergency (190) by dialing directly to neighborhood car.
The Coop aims to speed up and improve communication of the population with the police, because the application uses the devices location to automatically fetch the phone from police car in the neighborhood where the device.
In case your neighborhood not be registered in our system, do not worry. The application will dial for central emergency (190). You will not be without help!
